This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-19-Q-P4521900 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488999. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance for this contract is for Four (4) - Eight (8) hour days, beginning 30 October 2018. Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK (See attachment): The proposed contract to be awarded by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) shall be for crane services for the USCGC NORTHLAND (WMEC-904). Vendor to provide a floating crane for four (4) - eight (8) hour days including tug service for delivery and pickup to lift a Caterpillar generator weighing 15,000 LBS.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified.
