Solicitation N00421-13-T-0360 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The only known manufacturer of these items is Cox Instruments, Inc; however, any business source able to meet this requirement may submit proposals. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly known as the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 17 Juune 2013 will be considered by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
