The information sought herein is for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and shall not be construed as a request for quotation (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), or invitation for bid (IFB), or as an obligation for commitment on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. There shall be no basis for claims against the Government as a result of information submitted in response to this sources sought announcement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement or otherwise pay for any information submitted by respondents to this request. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY and is not indicative of a full requirement. Should a requirement arise, the full requirement will be detailed in the solicitation, if issued.

The government is interested in a 5 year Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)contract for the following:

CLIN 0001 Minimum of 1 to maximum of 400 - High Performance Multifunction Calibrator Fluke Model 5730A

CLIN 0002 Minimum of 1 to maximum of 300 - Low Phase Noise Reference Source, Model 96040A

Packaging: Request Standard Commercial Packing for the Fluke 5730A & 96040A, to include individual containers for each 5730A & 96040A. Components, Manuals, accessories ect., will be packed with each 5730A & 96040A.

Marking/Labeling: Packages will be marked IAW MILSTD-129P. The 5730A & 96040A will be labeled IAW MIL-STD-130M with the cage code, model number, and serial number.

The 5730A & 96040A will be registered in the IUID registry IAW MIL- STD-130M with the cage code , model number and serial number. Contractor will be required to provide an IUID Quality Verification Report for IUID Registry entries to PD- TMDE/CALSETS office .

Delivery : The first delivery order is to be completed nine months after receipt of the delivery order.  Earlier delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government

Shipping instructions will be furnished to the contractor with each delivery order .
