This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95.
