This amendment is being issued to add the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Wage Rates for USMMA Food Services.  This amendment is also including Attachment I - My Plate to the solicitation.

The closing dates is being extended until September 5, 2012, the closing time is 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
