The purpose of this solicitation is a Request for quote to provide Food/Drink vending services to the Georgia Department of Corrections/Ware State Prison accordance to the attached bid sheet. All items on bid sheet must be included in bid, but comparable substitutes are permitted. Brands are specified where desired. If you do not carry a particular brand a comparable substitute must be offered. A no-bid will result in disqualification. The award will be made to a single Bidder to provide full service on all machines/items, and to the vendor that provides the highest percentage of commission. The commission percentage being offered should be listed on the Vending Bid Sheet and entered as the "price" on the line item.
