The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small Business set-aside purchase order to Numara Software, Inc., to provide one (1) 1 Footprint - 5 named user software package; (2) 25 Footprint additional named user agents with change and configuration management Tier 2; (3) 30 Footprints mobile Tier 2 support; (4) 1 Footprint change management; (5) 1 Footprint configuration management and Service catalog; (6) 5 Asset management platform power Manager Tier 1; (7) Asset management platform Master Server Tier 1; (8) 1 Premium care. Four options years will provide one (1) 1 Footprint Premium care license; (2) Power Manager Premium Care; (3) 1 Master servers premium care, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1(a)(2)(ii) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. A determination not to compete this requirement is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430, business size standard is 500. This notice IS NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all offers received not later than 13 Sep 2010, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in offer preparation.
