This invitation is being issued by the Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of statewide agencies in order to cover their requirements for Footwear. This solicitation does not violate the Governer's purchasing ban. This is a supplement bid to the original Parent Contract # 4400015124. Suppliers can view this contract on Marketplace by searching this contract number at http://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us/BidContracts.aspx (copy and paste to your browser). This solicitation is brand specific and Suppliers should include the current manufacturers' price list for the brand they are submitting a bid for as part of their bid electronically. Interested bidders should visit the PA Supplier Portal (https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous) in order to view and PRINT all related documents and forms.
