This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 21,000 each. This is a 1G item. In accordance with Basic drawing NR 19207 12328579, Revision NR C DTD 08/04/1992, Part Piece Number: 12328579.

This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION applies. This is a critical application item but NOT a critical safety item. Quantity variance is zero. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV, Export Control does not apply.

The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance (PPIRS, Past Performance Information Retrieval System), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 4, 2016.
