This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Solicitation No. W911QY-20-R-0037. The US Army Contracting Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (NCD) on behalf of Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PM FSS). The Government intends to issue a solicitation under Authority of FAR Part 15, for Force Provider Expeditionary (FPE) Triple Container (TRICON) Systems (ETS) which include showers, latrines, kitchens, and food sanitation center (FSC) modules.

The Government is anticipating awarding one (1) single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to a single contractor. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439, and the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. An award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government considering a tradeoff of price and non-price factors.

The formal solicitation is expected to be released in July 2020. When released, the formal solicitation, including all amendments and applicable documents, will be available in electronic medium via beta.sam.gov (TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov prior to submission of proposals. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
