The Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron (AETC, AFSAT) and Air Force Installation Contracting Center, 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph, Texas (AFICC, 338th ESS, JBSA – Randolph, TX)  are currently planning to acquire non-personal training services in support of the Foreign Military Sales F-15SA Aircrew Training Program (FMS F-15SA ATP) for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).

This Special Notice is to update the milestones schedule. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Information (RFI).  This notice is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the United States Government (USG) to acquire any product, service, or information.

For purposes of this notice:  The place of contract performance is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611512 – Flight Training small business size standard is $30M.  Additional information and/or updates, upon availability for release, will be posted on the General Services Administration https://beta.sam.gov/ website.  It is the responsibility of interested parties to check this website regularly for any changes and/or updates. 

The tentatively scheduled acquisition milestones/events are updated as follows:

DRAFT RFP –Aug/Sep 2020

Release RFP –Nov/Dec 2020

Contract Award –Nov 2021

Performance Start –Jan 2022
