All equipment is constructed of SAE 1020 High Carbon Steel.

After fabrication and welding, all parts are hot dip galvanized for rust protection.

All metal parts receive two layers (120-400 microns) of Powder Coat.

An additional layer of polyurethane UV3 (450 microns) is applied to all metal parts for

Ultraviolet protection.

Each set of bars will consist of:

•-          Five vertical posts

•Each of the five posts measures 5 inches in diameter at 62 in center to center.

•-          Four horizontal bars

•Each of the horizontal bars measures 1.5 in diameter spanning between vertical posts.

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to provide the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail.
