The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), is performing
market research to determine the availability, interest and capability of potential Small
Businesses under NAICS Code 541519 -Other Computer Related Services, to provide Fortify SCA Enterprise License Annual Maintenance and Support in support of the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC).

This requirement is for the renewal of annual maintenance and support of FORTIFY SCA Enterprise Licenses. A description of the required maintenance and support is provided below.
