This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0066.

Contractor is to provide the items listed below. This is a brand name requirement due to the fact that it requires Fortify Software or an authorized Fortify Software partner to perform this work. Contractor must be authorized by Fortify Software to provide this service. No substitution of required services or items is allowed.
