Request for Quotations #140P8320Q0045 is being requested to re-roof two buildings with options for two more buildings in accordance with the attached construction documents and the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties for Rehabilitation. The Contractor shall provide all materials, installation and management labor, transportation, insurance, bonds, administrative and other services to complete the proposed project. PROJECT LOCATION: Fort Vancouver NHS, Clark county, Vancouver, Washington. SITE VISIT: A group site visit will occur on Tuesday, July 07, at 10:00am PDT. Meet in the area south of 1115 East 5th Street (See Attachment 4, MAP A&B) in Vancouver WA,98661 for further guidance. Attendance at the site visit is strongly encouraged (not mandatory). Requests for individual hosted site visits will not be honored. TARGET WORK DATES: On-site work will occur approximately August through October 2020. The contractor will have 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed to bring the project to substantial completion. DETAILS: The NAICS code for this project is 238160 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past five years. All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract subject to the Contract Wage (Construction) Statute. Stated in the range established by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance and payment bonds will be required if contract value exceeds $150,000 (performance bond will not be required if contract value is under $150,000).
