The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) requires engineering support to provide application development, prototype development, integration, support experimentation, maintenance, database administration, configuration management, and help-desk support for Regional Shore Installation Management System (RSIMS) implementation for Framework for AT/FP Information Management (FrAIM) applications to implement the next generation of Joint Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Force Protection architecture (See attached Draft SOW). TAIC developed the RSIMS application, are the experts for this product, and are the only company that can satisfactorily provide support for the FrAIM effort; therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to TAIC for this effort. The contract Period of Performance is estimated at 3 years (1-year base; two 1-year options). The estimated value of the effort is $2.5 Million. This is an isolated procurement with no anticipated follow-on potential. NAICS Code 541330
