Work is to include the demo of existing panel system and contractor must follow attached specification sheet for installation instructions for Kalwall panels and provide a Kalwall installer certificate. Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be received at 150 Concord Street, Room #123 Framingham, MA 01702 until 3:30 P.M. on Thursday October 31, 2019. The City may reject any bid which in its sole judgement is incomplete, conditional, obscure, or not responsive or which contain additions not called for, erasures not properly initialed, alternations or similar irregularities, or the City may waive such omissions, conditions or irregularities, if considered minor. The Awarding Authority reserve the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.
