Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation is soliciting proposals for design, procurement and installation of new playground equipment at Franke Park. The information included herein shall be utilized by the vendor to provide a proposal which includes playground layout design and visuals of proposed equipment. The Vendor/Proposer shall provide, as part of their proposal, a plan/rendering and necessary support data which the Owner can utilize to select the successful vendor per the Selection Criteria Evaluation Form. The format of the plan/rendering and support data is left to the Vendor’s discretion.
