The City of Fort Wayne on behalf of the Board of Park Commissioners (Owner) is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor (“CMc”) as allowed under Indiana Code 5-32. The responsibilities of the CMc will include Preconstruction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services for the Phase I of the Franke Park Renaissance Project. A Pre-proposal Meeting will be held at the office of the architect, Design Collaborative, 200 Main Street, Suite 600, Fort Wayne, IN at 10:00 a.m., local time Monday, January 17, 2022.
