The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Franklin Covey, 2200 West Parkway Blvd., Salt Lake City, Utah 84119, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Franklin Covey's All Access Pass(AAP) to provide organizational assessments, individual assessments, leadership and personal development training, and services for follow up and coaching to strengthen leadership and management skills and promote employee engagement in the United States Attorneys' Offices. Through the AAP, the company makes available a library of their well-established content in an easily accessible online site. The AAP also enables employees in the 94 United States Attorneys' disbursed across over 200 separate geographic locations to participate in distance learning and live trainings that will be facilitated by certified Division employees. Finally, the AAP incorporates 360 assessments into its online content. This will allow employees to complete an assessment before and after a training to measure their progress based on input from supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates. The United States Attorneys' offices are separate entities headed by a United States Attorney, and each receives its own Federal Employee Viewpoint scores, a solution is required that offers maximum flexibility to tailor programs to meet the needs of each office. Franklin Covey offers a combination of organizational and individual assessments, unlimited access to distance/live leadership and personal development training including the option to become certified to present vendor-owned content and tailor it to meet specific requirements, and management coaching services, The period of performance is anticipated to twelve(12) months from the date of award.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.
