The project scope of work includes all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment and other ancillary services necessary in the design/build facilities to facilities to extend the existing floating pier system.  The pier extension will provide homeporting moorage and hotel services for a 3rd Fast Response Cutter (FRC) at Base Ketchikan, Ketchikan, AK, including modifications to an existing Maintenance Weapons Division (MWD) Building and other site amenities at U.S. Coast Guard Base Ketchikan, AK.
