1. Automatic Freezing Point Analyzers must conform to ASTM D7153 -
Standard Test Method for Determination for Freezing Point of Aviation Fuels
(Automatic Laser Method).
2 Two Automatic Freezing Point Analyzers instrument shall have the
capability of/include:
a. Automatic determination of freezing point IAW ASTM D7153.
b. A built-in cooling system
c. Optical detection system
d. Cools rapidly to -100 DEG C within minutes.
e. Automatic calibration for temperature measurement.
f. On-screen viewing of test status and results
g. Self -cleaning.
h. Operate on a 100-240V, 150W, 50-60Hz. Requires no other external hook
ups such as air and water
i. Compact unit, requires only a limited amount of bench space. e.g. 10 in X
25 in.
j. Multiple units can be connected together and controlled through a PC.
k. Accurate and reproducible freeze points determinations.
l. PC and monitor system

Total cost must include handling, shipping and onsite set-up.

On site training on the use and maintenance of the instruments.

The contractor shall provide a comprehensive one-year parts and labor
warranty that includes technical assistance by phone. The contractor must
have on staff qualified, trained technicians to service these units.
