This is a Sources Sought request for information advertisement only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the Government in any contract award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) is conducting preliminary research to determine the market capabilities, for Small Business Firms who are capable and reliable to ship freight from the United States to Iraq. See Appendix A for a list of the crates, with dimensions and exact weight.

Interested parties should provide a capabilities statement which demonstrates their ability to ship and deliver the total weight of 30,840 lbs listed in Appendix A.

If a solicitation is released at a later date, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) supply contract type is being considered. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 52 calendar days after award.
