Joeris General Contractors, as the awarded Construction Manager, will be accepting competitive sealed Proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the: Frisco ISD Middle School #18 – Steel Package project, until 2:00PM on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021. Proposals will be received at the offices of Joeris General Contractors, by fax at (817) 204-0771, by submitting the online bid form on BuildingConnected, or by email to [email protected]. The proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to the Owner. Middle School #18 will be located at the NW corner of PGA Pkwy and Championship Dr in Frisco, TX. The completed project will be a 160k sf middle school with track and athletic fields. This bid package is only to include the fabrication of structural steel. A future bid package will be issued for the remainder of the scope.
