This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1670-01-040-2569. The contract term is a base and four option periods. The maximum contract term is five years.

Solicitation is issued on an Unrestricted Basis utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources 
Estimated Annual Demand is 274 each.
Guaranteed Minimum is 68 each for the Base Year only.
Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 547 each.
Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 68 each.
Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 274 each.
SURGE is NOT required.

FOB Destination, Higher Level Inspection Requirements.

Delivery is 125 days for the FAT and Textile sample, 60 days for Government Testing and Evaluation, 125 days for the Production Quantity for a Total of 310 Days.
Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order.
