REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Procurement of Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) Introduction In accordance with FAR 15.201, this request for information (RFI) is being issued to obtain price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes. The Government does not presently intend to award a contract, and responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Specifically, the Government seeks information with regard to an anticipated upcoming requirement for Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII), NSN: 6850-01-057-6427.  Information for Interested Parties            The Government has an anticipated upcoming 2016 requirement for 180,000 gallons of FSII for the following locations:  1) DFSP Ulsan, Korea 2) DFSP Hakozaki, Japan 3) DFSP Okinawa, Japan 4) DFSP Guam (if possible)  Information Requested            Given the above information, the Government requests that any interested party respond to the following questions: ·        Do you have the capability to produce the required amount of FSII before December, 31, 2015? ·        If you are able to produce the required amount of FSII, do you have the capability to deliver the FSII before December 31, 2015? ·        If you cannot produce the entire quantity sought before December 31, 2015, how much product could you produce? ·        If you are unable to produce and deliver the FSII before December 31, 2015, what is the earliest date you anticipate you would be able to produce and deliver the FSII? ·        Can you provide on a FOB Destination or FOB Origin basis?  My contact information is as follows: Mr. Oscar Taylor III/Contract Specialist DLA-ENERGY - FEBBA PH: 703.767.6492 / Fax: 703.767.9269 DSN: 427.6492 / RM 2946 Email: Oscar.
