The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses [including Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)] that are interested and capable of providing for the Bulk Fuel requirement for DLA Energy FEBBA.  This Sources Sought Notice covers the Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII), Inhibitor Corrosion (CI), and Diesel Fuel Additive (LI) requirement for DLA Energy's customers located in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore regions of the United States.

The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract resulting from this announcement.  The expected period of performance is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018 with a 30-day carryover.  The total estimated quantities are as follows:
