DLA Troop Support is considering an acquisition for two (2) CAN, FUEL, MILITARY NSNs for a long-term contract with a one (1) year base period and six (6) one (1) year options. This procurement will unrestricted. This procurement will have DLA Direct Deliveries to stock locations throughout the Continental United States. The required delivery schedule for the DLA Direct Deliveries will be 60 days. Pricing will be submitted for the base year only. An EPA will be applied to the option years. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable. The following items will be included on the proposed solicitation: NSN 7240-01-337-5268 (CAN, FUEL, MILITARY) has an annual estimated quantity of 22,457 each and NSN 7240-01-337-5269 (CAN, FUEL, MILITARY) has an annual estimated quantity of 18,069 each. Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. Once issued, the solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will then be able to submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support. This solicitation will allow for one award for each item and evaluation will be based on Price Only. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation.
