The government intends to award a sole source procurement to FUJIFILM Medical Systems, USA, Inc.  under the authority cited FAR 6.302-1, FAR 13.106-1(b).  This is not a request for competitive quote.  A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(I), Only one responsible source. , and per the department's acquisition regulation HHSAR 306.303-1 (b)(1), Simplified Acquistions Procedures with aspects of FAR Part 36 is the proposed acquisition method.
The requirement is to provide the Fort Hall Service Unit (Fort Hall, ID) with an annual Emerald Service Agrement for the Unity SpeedSuite 80kW (X-Unity 80-00) and the E7869X X-Ray tube in the Radiology Department. (Maintenance Support Agreement) Period of Performance:March 6, 2016 to March 5, 2017.
