Fujitsu Maintenance and support must be provided through an authorized reseller and performed by certified Fujitsu technicians. In addition, reseller must provide the vendor's authorized reseller letter between the vendor and manufacturer to include a manufacturer's warranty, license coverage, and or certified training if applicable.
