The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Sole Source Delivery Order per FAR 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i) under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 to The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 for the procurement in support of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) MDC-AV8B-00311R1 (Full ALE-47 Integration). The following estimated quantities are being procured: acquisition and modification of 36 Night Attack and 89 Radar A/C for the USMC A/C, 15 Radar A/C for Italy and 12 Radar A/C for Spain. The total kit quantity is 152. AV-8B Full Integration kits are to be assembled at the CKA Orange Park, FL with Contractor providing only the MDOZZ coded items. See numbered note 22.
