This is notification that a modification will be issued to extend the Prime Vendor services for San Diego Navy and Resupply Ships. This is a sole source modification/award to U.S. Foodservice (Cage Code 1TZ63), under contract SPM300-09-D-3312 and is an extension of contract SPM300-08-D-3051, which was awarded against solicitation SP0300-02-R-4015. This award is issued under, Other Than Full and Open Competition, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). This extension will cover the period until award of the new contract.
