This procurement is for 22 Price Evaluation List of items (formerly identified as the Core List of items) and an additional 2926 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause.
This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.
This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum.
Delivery is as follows: 180 days.
This solicitation Price Evaluation List of items does not contain Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements, however the clauses are included for potential add items as conditions warrant. Please see clauses DLAD 52.217-9006/9007/9008/9009/9010 for complete details.
Anticipated award date: 05/11/2015
Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the streamlined procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Factor is Past Performance (including Quality and Delivery Performance).
