FULLY INSURED PLAN(S) FOR RETIREES ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICARE PROPOSAL #24-P-037/TB The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select qualified suppliers to provide fully insured plan options to the City of Titusville retiree populations eligible to participate in the Medicare program. Plan options requested include Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MA-PD), Medicare Supplement, and a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plan (EGWP). “Retiree” throughout this RFP refers to the City’s Medicare eligible retirees, spouses, and dependents under 65 who are eligible for Medicare due to age or disability.
