All vendors MUST respond to the RFP in order to be utilized by Klein ISD. If you do not respond to this RFP, you forego future transactions with Klein ISD. It is highly recommended to respond to the 1st deadline of MAY 10, 2023 to remain a bid vendor with no interruption. The Klein Independent School District offers Klein e-Bid to post and receive electronic bids. It is strongly recommended that bidders submit this bid electronically. This contract will be effective JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024. The District will be accepting Proposal Responses on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until closing at 2:00 P.M. on April 19, 2024. First submission deadline is JUNE 12, 2023. There are additional opportunities to submit your response to the bid, the second deadline is JULY 5, 2023. KISD is utilizing our electronic bidding system to perform all new bids and bid renewals. With this new process, vendors will be required to download, complete, and attach all mandatory bid documents (located in the attachments tab of this bid) prior to submission.
