This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R12PS30335 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov.
This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 effective May 18, 2012.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.
A firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated in accordance with the attached Specifications as a result of this solicitation.
Line Item 001 - VTC Bridge - LifeSize Bridge 2200 or Equal - Quantity 1 lump sum (Specifications attached to RFQ posted on the FedBizOpps.gov website.
Line Item 002 - VTC Bridge 3 Year Support - 3 Year LifeSize Bridge 2200-Partner Assurance (Maintenance/Service) or Equal - Quantity 1 lump sum (Specifications attached to RFQ posted on the FedBizOpps.gov website.
Line Item 003 - ISDN Capability - LifeSize Networker-S/T or Equal - Quantity 1 lum sum (Specifications attached to RFQ posted on the FedBizOpps.gov website.
Line Item 004 - ISND Capability 3 Year Support/Maintenance - 3 Year LifeSize Networker S/T-Partner Assurance (Maintenance/Service) or Equal - Quantity 1 (Specifications attached to RFQ posted on the FedBizOpps.gov website.
Line Item 005 - Onsite Installation Services - Quantity 1 lump sum. Installation shall be performed during normal business hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Contractor must coordinate with Reclamation for scheduling of installation.
Delivery shall be to Bureau of Reclamation - Lower Colorado Regional Office, Attn: Chris Lopez, 500 Fir Street, Boulder City, NV 89005.
Provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply to this acquisition.
The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that meets or exceeds all of the specifications required.
Interested vendors must sumbmit a detailed product specification that shows your product meets or exceeds the requirements listed in the specifictions provided.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications Commercial item, or complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http//orca.bpn.gov.
