Delivery, repair, assembly, installation, pick up and removal of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). All items shall be moved, delivered, installed and/or repaired as required. Fixed rates cover labor, vehicles, fuel, and any other resource necessary to carry out the terms and conditions of this contract. Other resources are to include but are not limited to specialty installers, additional movers and/or vehicles, warehousing costs, rental carts and special equipment needs.
