This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, OfficeReconfiguration, is issued as a request for quote. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) via SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov. This procurement is being 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 337214 and an SBA Size Standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61 and DFARS change notice DPN 20120906.
Description:
Installation of modular furniture to reconfigure existing furniture in building 1209 North to accommodate the Workforce Development Office, as well as in Bldg 1289 Northwest, in accordance with attached Statement of Work.
Site visit will be conducted on 24 September, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., MST. Only site visit attendees may submit offers for this requirement.
Delivery Date: 90 Days After Receipt of Order. Vendor shall annotate their best delivery date in their quote. No partial quotes, only complete offers will be considered.

52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items (Feb 2012).IAW FAR 12.301(b)(1)
Addendum to 52.212-1: Paragraph (b), entitled "Submission of Offers, Offers may be submitted via electronic mail. Submit signed and dated offer at or before 10:00 a.m., MST, 28 Sep 2012. Send offer via electronic mail to [email protected]. Submit quotations on company letterhead or pricing document. Quotes must include as a minimum: a) company contact information, b) price breakout for the requested line items, c) CAGE Code (from CCR registration), and d) any other information relevant to the proposal. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. No partial bids, only complete offers will be considered. 52.212-1 Paragraph (c), entitled ‘Period for Acceptance of Offers': The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Site visit will be conducted on 24 September, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., MST. Only site visit attendees may submit offers for this requirement.
52.212-2: Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999). IAW FAR 12.301(c)
Addendum to 52.212-2: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable.
