Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Knoll Furniture and their authorized dealer Haakenson Group, Inc. 1027 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA 98188 for reinstallation services of office workstations in three offices which were flooded and replace any damaged parts that may have been caused by water damage. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-14-T-0071 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 238390 and has a size standard of 14 million in annual receipts or less. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation.
