The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to negotiate a modification to accelerate the delivery schedule and increase the quantity of launcher subsystem tactical hardware for installation of the 1st Article missile tube quad pack for the Ohio Replacement Program Common Missile Compartment under existing contract N00030-14-C-0011. This modification will be negotiated on a sole-source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation- Marine Systems (NGSC-MS), Sunnyvale, CA.

This procurement will fulfill the ongoing specialized technical support (tactical, qualification, and test equipment), hardware and vendor qualification, and production required for the Ohio Replacement/UK Successor Program. The anticipated award of the resultant contract modification is May 29, 2015.

An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.

This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by NGES-MS under Contract N00030-14-C-0011, which was awarded
01 October 2013 using other than full and open competition.
