Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) plans to release a solicitation for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification for the procurement of up to 785K additional hours of System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) services to the Abrams Tank System Family of Vehicles (FOV) through current contract W56HZV-13-C-0017 expiration of 28 February 2017. The requirement is sole source to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, but may include subcontracting opportunities with GDLS.
