Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) plans to release a solicitation for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for the procurement of up to five years of System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) services to the Abrams Tank System Family of Vehicles (FOV) under solicitation number W56HZV-16-R-0062. The requirement is sole source to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, but may include subcontracting opportunities with GDLS.
