Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a new contract to The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., 555 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139-3539, the design agent and prime contractor for support of the TRIDENT II Guided Missile Guidance System. This contract seeks fixed price incentive (FPI) and cost plus incentive fee (CPIF) type line items for Trident (D5) MK 6 Guidance System Production with failure verification, test, repair and recertification of Inertial Measurement Units, Electronic Assemblies, and Electronic Modules. Subcontracted support will be provided by Honeywell, Clearwater, FL and General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Minneapolis, MN. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by CSDL under Contract N00030-17-C-0008, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for the acquisition.
