The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for FY 2018 - FY 2019 procurement of Gray Eagle MQ-1C Extended Range (ER) production hardware. The FY 2018 - FY 2019 procurement is anticipated to be a new sole source FFP contract. The new production hardware contract will include an anticipated FY 2018 base quantity of 21 each MQ-1C ER aircraft, 21 each SADTs, and 2 each Universal Ground Data Terminals (UGDTs) with an option in FY 2019 to procure an additional 9 (maximum) each MQ-1C ER aircraft and 9 (maximum) each SADTs. It is anticipated that the supplemental effort will be awarded in FY 2019. The estimated delivery schedule is thirty four months after date of award. Authority Cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) and 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) entitled only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
