Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM, PST, March 28, 2022, for the FY22 Citywide Pavement Maintenance Project, No. 22-PW-273. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment necessary to perform pavement rehabilitation of the various roads with pavement milling, associated pavement resurfacing and restriping, associated concrete flatwork, installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps, adjustment of utilities to grade, slurry seal, microsurfacing, asphalt rubber cape seal, micro-milling, striping, signage, traffic signal loops, concrete improvements, and other incidental work. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the bid documents can be obtained from this City of Gilroy Website. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all prospective parties shall check the City’s website for any addendums. Bids delivered before March 28, 2022 at 1:30 PM must be delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall. Please note that City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays by appointment only. All visitors must check in at the Information Desk.
