The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and repair on eight (8) Kardex/Remstar Vertical Carousel equipment and components at Fairchild AFB, WA twice annually in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations, manufacturer’s recommended standards, commercial requirements and the attached Statement of Work (Attach. 1 - SOW). 

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Extend the due date for the receipt of proposals from 3:00 PM PDT 22 Aug 2024 to 3:00 PM PDT on 28 Aug 2024. This extension is to allow vendors to submit timely quotes and to promote competition.
