FBO NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD DUE TO SOLE SOURCE This announcement is to provide notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to enter into a sole source purchase order with the following vendor; Washington Pavilion, PO Box 987, Sioux Falls, SD 57101 for the purpose of providing concert services. This procurement will be for a twelve month period. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 711310. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 days following the posting date of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the response date the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement.
