The VAMC, Salem, Virginia shall issue o/a February 8, 2002, RFP 658-26-02, ADHC Services. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Contractor shall provide adult day health care (ADHC) services to veterans residing in the Waynesboro (Augusta County) area of Virginia. Contractor facility shall meet VA standards for ADHC Services as promulgated in 38 CFR Part 17.51c through 17.51e and be licensed to operate as such in compliance with Commonwealth of Virginia requirements. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS 624190 applies with a small business size standard of $5M in gross annual receipts. This procurement is a commercial item acquisition conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and applicable sections of FAR Part 15. Multiple awards may be made.
