The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Milan, Michigan is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for one (1) Catholic Spiritual Leader and one (1) Substitute Catholic Spiritual Leader to provide instruction for Catholic inmates participating in the Bureau of Prisons, Residential Life Connections Program. The estimated quantities for the services are as follows: Catholic Spiritual Leader is 1000 one hour sessions and Substitute Catholic Spiritual Leader 100 one hour sessions. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This solicitation is set- aside 100% for small business and the NAICS code is 813110. This is not a personal appointment. The contractor will adhere to specific rules and regulations of the department and institution. Any individual working within the confines of FCI Milan must undergo a background investigation.
