The Federal Correctional Complex, Victorville is seeking a contractor to provide instruction as an Islamic Imam (Sunna) to the inmates housed in the Federal Correctional Institution and the Penitentiary. The contractor shall provide instruction to inmates on the Islamic Faith. The solicitation will be available on March 18, 2004 and will be distrubuted soley through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web sit http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instruction.
